Melissa Fennell is the President and owner of Evoke Potential, LLC. She is a senior-level professional with over 20 years of experience training, consulting, and coaching leaders within industry and government. She spent 10 years at Booz Allen Hamilton leading teams and providing consulting services to the U.S. Army TACOM and U.S. Air Force. She led a staff of more than 10 senior-level consultants responsible for implementing grand-scale organizational transformation, and she managed contracts in excess of $25 million.

As a consultant and trainer for the past 20 years, Melissa facilitated leadership training courses, strategic planning efforts, teambuilding sessions, and workshops resulting in increased team effectiveness and productivity, improved communication, and reduced conflict in a variety of organizations. Workshops include the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Conflict Management, Team Performance Concepts, Increasing Employee Engagement, Conquer Stress, Change and Transition Management, Manager Essential Skills, Giving Effective Feedback, Coaching Essentials, and Situational Leadership.

Kathy Wojcik

Kathy Wojcik owns and operates Bluheron Coaching and Consulting. She has a diverse work background in Operations, Quality, Human Resources, Regulatory Affairs and Leadership Training/Development. She has held leadership roles at not-for-profit organizations, Fortune 500 corporations and several small businesses. She has personally authored and delivered more than 200 learning workshops and seminars. Kathy has an MBA, is a Certified Professional Coach, and is SPHR certified. She has had the privilege to work with Harley-Davidson, Gates Corporation, Johnson & Johnson, Corning, Bausch & Lomb, Kaiser-Permanente, the production team of an award winning musician, an Arizona-based Native American Indian tribe, a tier one automotive supplier and numerous healthcare and bioscience organizations.

Kathy’s passions and specialties include trust building, process improvement, identifying personal values, interpersonal communication and conducting learning workshops. Lynne Brown

Lynne Brown

Lynne Brown is a recognized leader with over 30 years of experience as an aerospace and financial services leadership team member, coach, and organization development consultant. Her practical, hands-on experience in organization change and start-ups was developed during her years with Fortune 500 companies including Sperry Aerospace, Honeywell, United Technologies, and American Express. Lynne has worked internationally (United States, the Middle East, and South America) as a leadership/business coach for senior leadership in a variety of organizations. She is also known for her ability to facilitate the implementation of strategic concepts into tactical realities. Lynne received her MS in Organization Development from Pepperdine. She received her Executive Coaching Certificate from Georgetown University and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation.

Lynne has the ability to work with diverse groups or individuals and can establish rapport quickly in order to build trust. She has worked as a change consultant with executive teams, supervisory teams, and diverse groups in for profit, non-profit, education, and government organizations. Her expertise in organization development, team-based structures, high performance work and large-scale change processes have been implemented in organizations worldwide.
